Research and development Textile Spinning for cost saving
Research and development in a total quality management system requires a team of people who can complete any task willingly and voluntarily. Such people exist in every organization. With just a little effort, they can be found and teamed up. So far the Blow Room, Carding, Comber, TFO, Autocone, and Air Conditioning departments have completed some R&D tasks in the best way and have saved a lot of money by being part of the R&D team. The team aims to find cheaper alternatives to expensive and unavailable parts. Following are some of the R&D works completed so far: 1- Blue room foreman and his team, When the CLC III waste deflector motor breaks, complete the operation of the machine by making a mechanical setting and saving the huge cast. Deflector motor for waste control 1491.29 Euros, saving approximately Rs.96784.13. 2- Used a hose pipe instead of a suction hood on a carding machine to start thinking about removing costly and weak suction hoods with a strong and cheape...
