Cotton spinning-cost saving, Autocone, misting use in humidification plant.

Misting system for humidification reduces maintenance, electricity, and water consumption costs. The system is simple and needs only a few misting nozzles, and line water to make a mist using compressed air or a high-pressure pump of about 200 bar to push water through a small orifice nozzle at about 40 to 50 bar. The Nozle choking can be avoided any using a special design of nozzle used by compressed air and produces about 10 to 20 microns of mist. In the Auto cone, of cotton spinning mill uses misting to maintain about RH% 65 and around 96 degrees temperature without using the below-mentioned parts which need maintenance and consume near about 100 units of electricity/day in the dry season. Humidification, without using a 7.5 Pump, Inverter, M.s header which needs to be changed after running few years in water, about 24 PVC Pipes, 150 showering Nozles, Clamps, and Nozle plates, and no need to drain about 2000 L water every month. No chemical treatment expenses are needed for tank...

Cheap solutions in cotton spinning mill

Blow room: 1- Most of the mills have a fire or spark-catching system installed, and its water level and cotton level sensors got damaged. Each of them normally costs 300 USD. It can be replaced by just 1000 to 2000 Rupees only i.e. in about four to six $ 2- Some wire beaters have a small motor to control cotton waste by moving the trash knife or wing, If the wing moving motor gets damaged and does have not in spare then hold and fix the knife by a bolt, adjust the gauge manually, and run the machine. 3- If a Chinese plucker's beater up-down motor is damaging brackets or wheal bracket too much then check if the up-down motor is moving when the plucker is stopped when feed is not required by the subsequent machine, maybe it has stopped over the sensor which gives pulse to go down after every turn if it is the case then the beater up-down motor will start going down and down because the sensor is continuously on so there should be interlocking in such a way that when the plucker is st...

Cost saving in humidification

Exploring Humidification Technologies for Effective Cooling and Desired Humidity Levels Introduction Maintaining proper humidity levels in various environments is crucial for both human comfort and the preservation of materials. In regions with low humidity, achieving optimal humidity levels can be challenging. This is where humidification technologies come into play. Among these technologies, mist and fog showering have gained popularity due to their cooling effects and ability to achieve desired relative humidity (RH%) levels. In this blog, we'll delve into different humidification technologies and their applications, focusing on the benefits and drawbacks of each approach. Types of Humidification Technologies 1. Immersed Electrode Humidifiers These compact devices are commonly found in environments where precise control over humidity levels is necessary. Immersed electrode humidifiers work by heating water to produce steam. The quantity of steam generated is proportional to th...
